My holiday mini sessions are here!

Mini sessions are for those that need a few updated pictures of their family/children.  If you are wanting lots of pictures in different poses and haven't had updated pictures of your family in a LONG time, then the mini session is NOT for you!!!  Please, please keep this in mind!

Here's the skinny....

Mini sessions are 30 minutes long

They will only be done in the South Tampa area

 Each session will yield 8-12 edited images for you to view in a password protected online gallery

5 people only (additional people $25 each)
$100 deposit up front - balance plus tax due once order placed.

Packages to select from

Candy Cane: $150

includes your sitting and 25 flat (front and back gloss or linen) 5x7 cards or 50 picture paper cards (one sided)

Sugar Plum: $175

includes your sitting and 1 digital image to use for your own card and reprints

Jingle Bells: $250

includes your sitting and 3 digital images to freely reprint

Ho Ho Ho: $500

includes your sitting and ALL the digital images (8-12) from your mini session to reprint

I had so much fun photographing these two again.  Last year, little D was not having it but this time he hammed it up!  And of course Miss S.... she was just posing away! I loved how they all turned out!!!

Meet the new Mr. & Mrs.!  The new Mrs. has been my neighbor for close to 6 years.  When she decided to get married, she asked me to shoot her wedding.  I am not, I repeat, I am not a wedding photographer.  LOL!  My passion is to photograph children!   Though, because she is my neighbor and we love her parents... I decided to take it on. And she asked my two crazy kids to be in her wedding... so I had to do it!  Of course the day before I had jittery nerves. And the day of... they got worse.  My nerves were for two reasons.... flash photography (which I have yet to master) and missing or taking "the" shot out of focus.  I guess all photographers go through that when they first start.  I have to say once it all started I had fun running around trying to capture everything.  Here are a few shots from yesterday.

My husband and I did this shot 10 years ago.  We opted NOT to see each other before the wedding and they did not want to either.  I think this shot is so cute!

Bittersweet | Tampa Children's photographer

This morning I met up with one of my oldest and dearest friends and her adorable kids at Cracker Barrel to have breakfast and say "goodbye".  She's moving to Texas!  Sniff sniff.  We met back in 1991 at the GAP in Tampa Bay mall.  I had just moved to Tampa to continue my college education at USF.  She was also in college at USF.  We both LOVED baseball and we clicked!  We did a lot together.  She was one of my go to girls!  Of course after college and as time went on, we both moved on in life still keeping in touch.  She's one of those friends that if you don't talk to in a long time, you can pick back up like it was yesterday. And even though we don't see each other often b/c of distance (she is in Lakeland, me in South Tampa) and kids, I will miss her terribly!  So for the title of this blog post.... bittersweet... as I am sad that she is leaving but I am also so happy for her and her family!  They are all going to experience a new chapter in their life and I couldn't be more excited for them!
